Katsu  has been established since 2013 with our first restaurant in Portland , Oregon. We partnered with supermarket , hospital and universities. We provide high-quality products , freshness, authenticity and customer appreciation.

Our menu will specialize in East and southeast Asian cuisine including dishes from Japan, Korean, Thai, China,and Indian. We always focus on offering creative menu items. Our mission is  to help our customers lead a happy and healthy lifestyle. we are truly a global, and retailing Japanese and Pan-Asian cuisine foods. Our mission is to become the unique provider of sustainable and responsible Asian cuisine in the world.
